Tiramisu cake.. my daring adventure

I love Tiramisu, ever since my first bite in my first experience with this dessert. I always want, well, dream of, making Tiramisu by myself. Been piping for some one else's tiramisu, search for recipes until I found one from Dapur Bunda. And few hours later...
Tiramisu cake
This is how it looks. A bit messy I guess, but a lot to learn. For me, Tiramisu is like a dessert from 'heaven'. Its creamy, soft and smoothness tempting anyone just by imagining it. I don't want to ruin the soft, creamy sensation, I wanted the cake to be a soft and spongy cake, just to have it 'blend' with the cream. I decided to make the Cotton Sponge Cake, while the Tiramisu I made it this way:
Bahan A
240 gram keju mascarpone/cream cheese
300 ml whipped cream
100 gram gula pasir
1/2 sdt essence vanilli

Tuntas sudah semua curiousity ku tentang how to make shape out of a fondant..
it may looks fool for pro, but at least I'm quite happy with all the lesson I learned
'cause, hey, you never learn if you never try, right..
Fondant nya beli adonan yang udah jadi, di pasar mayestik. kalo ga salah 1/4 kg nya Rp. 8.000,- gitu deh. Terus dikasih maizena dikit, dan pewarna.

Cake Tape Keju

Satu lagi butter cake clasik nih. Everytime I had this cake, memories of childhood always came along. Yep, almh. Ibu seriiiing banget bikin this delicious cake.. Aku dapet resep ini dari Dapur Bunda. Lots of thanks to Mbak Inong Haris.

Bahan:
8 btr kuning telur
6 btr putih telur
250 gr margarin
250 gr gula kastor
250 gr tepung terigu
400 gr tape singkong haluskan
3 sdm susu kental manis
50 gr keju Cheddar parut

Cara membuat:
1. Haluskan tape singkong, campur dengan susu kental manis, sisihkan.
2. Kocok margarine dan gula kastor hingga pucat dan mengembang, masukkan kuning telur satu per satu, kocok terus hingga tercampur benar.
3. Masukkan tape halus yg sudah dicampur dengan susu kental manis, aduk rata. Lalu tuangkan pula terigu.
4. Kocok putih telur hingga kaku, masukkan kedalam adonan tape, aduk rata. Tuang juga sebagian keju, ratakan.
5. Tuang adonan kedalam loyang, taburi atasnya dengan sisa keju, panggang dalam oven +/- 45 menit, hingga matang.

Untuk 2 loyang loaf
(kadang aku pake loyang tulban, it works kok)

Banana Cake

Banana cake never dies.. hmmm.. butter cake yang satu ini tak pernah lekang dimakan waktu (apa coba.. he he)
Tipsnya : gunakan pisang ambon, supaya aroma cake lebih haruuummm..

Bahan:
250 gram terigu
175 gula pasir
250 gram margarin
4 butir telur
4 buah pisang ambon dihaluskan
50 ml susu cair
1/4 sdt. garam

Cara membuat:
1. Kocok margarin, gula pasir dan garam sampe putih dan mengembang.
2. Masukkan pisang yang sudah dihaluskan, kocok terus sampe rata.
3. Masukkan telur satu per satu, kocok sampe rata. Matikan mikser.
4. Tuang terigu secara bertahap, sambil diayak, aduk rata. Masukkan susu cair, aduk lagi sampe rata.
5. Tuang adonan kedalam loyang (kemaren aku pake loyang tulban) yang sudah dioles mentega + ditabur terigu.
6. Oven sampe matang.
